The Salamander Wood Stove: The Best Wood Stove for Small Spaces!
The Salamander small stove is made in UK (and is called "Hobbit" there) from cast iron and is suitable for a wide range of applications and was designed especially to fit small spaces and fireplaces where other stoves just won't fit. The goal was to design and build a quality small wood stove with all of the essential features and attributes of top rated efficient large stoves.
The stove incorporates pre-heated secondary combustion technology, ensuring excellent clean burning and glass air wash efficiency, designed to ensure that the maximum energy potential of every log or lump of coal is harnessed, a multi fuel stove that will deliver a reliable heat source with an accurate degree of control, economy and environmental awareness.
The Hobbit wood stove fits neatly in tiny homes, small fireplaces, cabins, garden rooms, shepherds huts and other small spaces. This is a solid small multi fuel compact stove that will give you a lifetime of reliable heat.
If you choose the rear water boiler option you can either have it installed by the factory in UK or save $100 and install yourself. If you choose the outside air intake kit then it's installed at the factory but you will still need to install the actual pipe running through your wall.
This stove is shipped in a box via courier service (usually Canpar or KTL Express).
